Description
|
Lot size 25' x 125' map number 3019-00-0 10005-003-3210. Original building is wood frame construction with new stucco finish in front and metal siding on the south side - 24' wide by 52' long. The east end of the building is 22' wide x 30' long and constructed of cement block. Total area is 1908 sq. ft.
Office is separated from warehouse by a 2x4 wood framed wall. Ceilings are 12' high. Both sections heated by a forced air natural gas furnace located in the warehouse area. The building was remodeled approximately 2 years ago.
A newly remodeled handicap accessible bathroom was completed in Fall of 2008.
